Rewinding
Our ability is to rewind numerous rolls of narrow width material with dry adhesive on liner paper from wide web jumbo rolls of the same.

Sheeting
Material is slit to a custom width and then is sheeted to the specified length, creating custom dimensions. We are capable of sheeting foam products, foils, double side tape and other materials

Die-cutting
We have die cutting capabilities for a variety of adhesive materials which can include foils, foams, and other substrates with adhesive backing. We operate high-speed rotary die presses in order to produce large quantities and tight tolerance precision parts. Almost any shape and size may be cut.

Slitting
We can convert your adhesive tape into rolls that meet your customized requirements. In the baloney slitting process, the blade may or may not be rotating, depending on the material to be cut. Also, the blade may require a water-cooling substance during the slitting process to reduce heat.
